A result reading released or no longer in custody confirms that a participating agency reported departure from its custody. It does not by itself distinguish return to the community from transfer. Compare the agency event with the Mower release record, a DOC status, or the receiving authority. Preserve the exact capitalization rather than turning one system’s phrase into a broader legal conclusion.

Note: The live registration screen governs available channels, and only a phone workflow that requests a PIN should be described as PIN-based.
Confirm Mower County Jail Release

If the Mower jail record says To Other Auth, obtain the recipient agency before choosing a federal search. Searching all federal tools without a custody lead risks false matches. The county can accurately report that its booking ended even while another agency continues confinement.
